Hi,

I don't know of any plans for a DVD release.  As you say, the release of Ken's DVDs seems very strange with major works not on DVD but minor works slowly appearing.  Ken moved from company to company so a deluxe box set of the great films will need a lot of inter-label cooperation, but it is not impossible.

The major crime is the lack of The Devils on DVD.  Then The Music Lovers and The Boyfriend.  And Savage Messiah- few people have seen it, but it is a classic.

Does anyone know of any plans to release The Music Lovers on DVD?

I know this adds to a a long wish-list for Russell films on DVD, but it's absence from the market is perplexing, given the amount of minor releases now available elsewhere on DVD.
