Actors who made a good contribution to Ken's work. I think you pretty much nailed it, but here are 8 more to make an even baker's dozen. Restricting myself to one actor per film.

Chris Pitt in "Lair of the White Worm"
Probably his best performance in any of his TV and/or film roles.

Natasha Richardson in "Gothic"

Ann-Margaret in "Tommy"

Robert Powell in "Mahler"

Twiggy in "The Boy Friend"
Though, she apparently can be spotted in one of crowd scenes at the French court. As I understand it, her part was suppose to be bigger, before she fell out with Ken over the treatment of the nuns in the film.

Richard Chamberlain in "The Music Lovers"

Alan Bates in "Women in Love"

Ones who didn't . . . Actually, I think it is harder to pick ones who didn't than ones who did, as the only one I can think of is . . .

Rudolf Nureyev in "Valentino'

And somewhere between ones who didn't and ones who did is . . .

Peter Capaldi in "Lair of the White Worm"
Now that he is the newest Dr. Who.

I was talking with Lisi Russell, Ken's wife, about actors who made a good contribution to Ken's work, but in only one film.  The obvious example is Scott Antony in Savage Messiah.  Others were:
- Imogen Millais Scott in Salome
- Vanessa Redgrave in The Devils
- William Hurt in Altered States
- Jack Nicholson in Tommy (not sure if he made a major contribution)

Ones who didn't:
- Hugh Grant in Lair of the White Worm

Others?
