p. 251 TERRY "Wanna get yourself sorted"
you want to sort yourself out (you want to organise your life better)

p. 253 barking down their mobiles (to bark down = to put off/hang up the phone???)
shouting at their mobile (so talking very loudly on the phone)

p. 261 when Marcia says "Nothing of you" waht does she mean? Waht's the subtext???
less easy but my guess is... Marcia is destroying everything of Billy (ripping his clothes and later shaving his hair) so she wants nothing of him (physically or mentally) to survive.  At the beginning of the script he looks at Marcia through the window then looks at himself in the mirror, and at the end of the script after Marcia has rejected him he breaks the mirror, so even his image has disappeared

p. 267 bumps down steps.
Billy is being dragged by the ankles.  When they reach the stairs his head bangs (bumps) on each step

Oh, and Iain one last thing.
Do you know if is it possible to find on the web images of the original playbills (I hope this is the correct word) of Sarah Kane's plays??? Or do you know what were pictured on them??? For example I read that on Blasteb playbill there was a smiling soldier, make V with his fingers (and it portraid on Blasted book edited by Metheun). But what about the others????

Thank you

Eimliano,

It is Point of View (POV).
So it is the view Neville has looking up at Billy.
Good luck with the translation.

Iain

Hi guys, I'm translating Skin's playscript in Italia for my thesis.
Well, on page 266 of Kane's Complete Plays there's written:

21. EXT. DAY.THE STREET.

NEVILLE's POV, looking up at BILLY.

:o What does that POV mean????
I've been looking all over to find a meaning but...nada!

Could it be a tipewriting mistake????
Please help me, I need to fnish my translation for these Monday!

Thank you!
