Discussing Sarah - Iain

I am delighted to have found this site. I am an actor and fledgling playwrite in Los Angeles. I have come to Sara Kane in the last few years from the printed page only. I have read "Blasted", "4:48 Psychosis" and one other the title of which escapes me. I consider her a trailblazer and look forward to seeing mounted productions of her work. Each time I tremble at the ideas and shadows the come out of my fingers during writing, I imagine the shuddering that she experienced all too realistically for her. We have her work and the envelope has moved. I am the better for it.

Haven't been on here for a while I'm afraid. But yes Simon, it was either the Drums or the old beetle. (how sad that I can still remember the Registration Number!?!) Even the Dog (was it Khan?) got the shockers sometimes!

Nice to see you visit here and reply to people.

Take it easy

Andrew.

Simon - I have a brother who drums, and I can just about *guarantee* you were louder than you think you were!

Heh heh heh heh heh.

Thanks for the memories Andrew, don't think for a minute that we don't want to hear that sort of thing. It was brilliant to hear from someone who knew her.
