There is a version of 4.48 currently be staged at Glasgow's Tramway. It has a great high concept, but doesn't really do justice to Kane's language, opting for a diverse array of voices rather than capturing that focussed intensity that drives her work.
That said, anything at Tramway is worth an evening, and a slightly off performance of 4.48 is better than most evenings out...

Thanks for this. I don't know the Tramway (my background was Edinburgh rather than Glasgow- now I am in London) but it sounds good.
I agree about the focused intensity- but as you say a slightly off performance of 4.48 is better than most evenings out. I have added details to the news page
