Possibly it will be expanded with one more interview, someone close to Ken.

I'm looking forward to it. And when you do, be sure to let us know.

If it is the same documentary that can be found on YouTube, then I have seen it, and I recommend it for anyone who wants an introduction to Russell and his films. Just one question. When will it be fleshed out to a full-length documentary on one of our favorite directors.

I've got a copy of Kitten.  I will put it on the site until it finds a permanent home.

Glad I saw it before it got pulled!

Anyway, I see no reason why the short can't be uploaded onto Youtube.  Russell rightly laments about the current state the filmmaking industry, but while he has returned to his low budget roots, he should be taking full advantage of the internet to broadcast his latest work.

A "Ken Russell Productions" page on Youtube is long overdue, in my opinion.

Comedybox is now a part of MySpace, and 'Kitten' is nowhere to be found. Damn you, Rupert Murdoch!!!

I'd love to see Ken do Moll Flanders with a full cast and crew.  His ability to take a complex novel and bring out the essence (as he did for the DH Lawrence films, and Huxley's The Devils) would be perfect for Defoe's novel.  Someone who understands it, but is not intimidated by it.

I guess that pays the bills, but I was hoping for something more. I thought we might get that with "Trapped Ashes," but now it seems that is bypassing theaters and going straight to dvd. Maybe if "Moll Flanders" ever gets made, that'll get a theatrical release.

Ken's short home made film A Kitten for Hitler is available on the Comedybox
www.comedybox.tv .

There is a good chance he will do other films for the Internet.
