Berkoff fined £400.

Magistrates "did not find his evidence credible... We find you guilty of driving without due care and attention... We felt in these circumstances your standard of driving fell below that of a reasonable and competent driver."

It gets worse

"...Steven Berkoff... struck a pedestrian while driving without a valid licence, a court heard.   The 75-year-old... hit the woman’s leg in Oxford Street, London.    When police arrived Berkoff could only produce a Californian driving licence, which was not valid in this country.
He had his UK licence taken away in February when he jumped a red light in London..."

He returns to the court for a trial on August 27."

From the Daily Mail, Martin Robinson 18 Feb 2013

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2280474/James-Bond-villain-Steven-Berkoff-75-banned-road-jumping-red-light-heard-police-sirens.html

"Steven Berkoff has been banned from driving after jumping a red light, despite maintaining he was trying to get out of the way of a police car... [he] said he had not meant to break the law.  In a letter read out at City of London Magistrates' Court he claimed while driving his VW Beetle through Central London: 'I heard a siren in the near distance and turned to get out of its way.'  But he still pleaded guilty to failing to comply with traffic signals on October 25 last year, earning himself a six-month ban from driving....Mr Berkoff was driving a Volkswagen Beetle"

I can't imagine Berkoff having a Beetle!!
