Hello

Sarah has no grave - she was cremated, and I believe her ashes were taken home by her family. Your best place to lay flowers is outside the Royal Court theatre, as her only memorial is a plaque on one of the seats in the Theatre Downstairs. If there isn't a play in rehearsal when you visit, you may be able to enter the auditorium and see the plaque, on row U seat 11.

Sorry I don't have a copy of the Kaleidoscope interview. Hopefully someone will read this and send you one.

Best wishes
Jess
