Title: S.o.s. Book!

Hi! I'm looking for a book but i can't find it. The title is: "RAGE AND REASON: WOMEN PLAYWRIGHTS ON PLAYWRITING"- NATASHA LANGRIDGE AND HEIDI STEPHENSON.
I have looked everywhere, but nobody can send it to me: i think the reason is that i live in Italy.
Does anybody have it?
Actually, i need only few pages (the ones about Sarah Kane).
I hope you can help me.
It's a shame that i can't find this book, only because i live in italy.

I bought it few months ago on a website deastore.it (or .com I don't remember...)
