The latest news is on the Hot News section of the site.

videos and DVDs The Caretaker with Robert Shaw, Alan Bates and Donald Pleasance is the best Pinter film.

Betrayal with Jeremy Irons and Ben Kingsley is a faithful and enjoyable production.

further reading

Michael Billington's biography is long but worth reading.

films

Pinter has acted in films, but these are mainly cameos.

Hopefully his performance in Krapps Last Tape by Samuel Beckett will become available soon.

As a screenwriter The Servant and The French Lieutenant's Woman are particularly recommended.

More details are in the films section of the site.  You can buy videos and DVDs in the Shop.

To buy the books and DVDs see the Shop section.
Remember the library may also have the books and DVDs.
