Lady Chatterley's score

Hello everyone!

I'd just bought Russell's Lady Chatterley on dvd. It's the american release by Acorn Media. In the disc's interview Ken says that he chose music by Elgar, Holst and Delius for the TV version of the film, but someone wrote a new soundtrack for the "butchered" 110 minute long theatrical version which our beloved director disowns. The Acorn discs contain the four episodes of the BBC miniseries, but the musical score is credited to a Jean-Claude Petit and none of the three legendary composers are mentioned. Does any of you know who is responsible then for the miniseries' score? (I must admit that I'm not too familiar with the works of the aformentioned classical masters, so maybe it was I who did not notice which of their works were used.)
