I had a look at it (Act II, page 77 in Plays 1).
My feeling is he is describing the dancing ("down the floor we skate") with other dancers around ("huge mountains of aching fleshy worlds are drifting past each other") through to the end of the dance ("the guitarist... crushes his final shattered chord") and they split with a "thank you very much/ OK".
But the dancing is very lustful, and sex is clearly on Mike's mind and probably Sylv's. I think if it is performed you could/ should make the dancing very close to sex as is possible in public.
What do you think? It was great looking at the scene again.
