All the characters in "Cleansed" seem to be in the institution for a specific reason: Grace/Graham for their incestual love, Carl/Rod for being gay...how about Robin and the Woman? What are they there for? Any thoughts?

Robin's offence is unspecified. We are just told that he 'messed up', and that he is serving a fixed-term sentence (30 years) so is there to be rehabilitated (cleansed!) not exterminated. To me this suggests his crime was drug use. Or maybe he was duped into being used as a drug mule? - this seems plausible given his personality.
The Woman would seem to be a paid employee, hired illegally by either guards or prisoners to do her strip shows.

I don't believe the play can be read that literally. I believe in Tinker's eyes, Robin's 'crime' is his innocence. Tinker wants to test this innocence until it is finally shattered. As for the woman, she simply represents Tinker's distorted views on love and companionship.
