Why should we be surprised. Film critics have seldom understood Ken's films. Why should theater critics be any different?

Cheer up...if you go to the NY Times online, click theatre, look at far right and click on favourite shows, you will find MINDGAME rates #5 as audience pleaser, gets 4 1/2 stars from readers.

The Associated press critic didn't like it either, except for Boritt's set. Oh well, at least they lay (most of) the blame on Horowitz.   :(
