Here's the current status of Russell's work available on blu-ray.

In regards to other films, Criterion has Mahler (they had it streaming on Hulu a
while back), and there are rumors circulating that they also have Women in Love
and the Music Lovers (from an earlier MGM deal).
The Devils, The Boy Friend, Savage Messiah, and Liszotmania all reside with
Warner Bros. (so it's anyone's guess as to who could license these for eventual
release).
Russell's films for Vestron: Lair of the White Worm, The Rainbow, and Salome's Last Dance are controlled by Lionsgate (I think).
