Beckett on Film

I echo Iain's recommendation of this set which  contains exemplary performances (but certainly not the last word!) of all of Beckett's stage works. As to Damien Hirst's 'Breath', I'm not too sure as to how effective this visualisation is of 'a last breath'.

Iain Fisher:
It is very expensive, but the DVD box set Beckett on Film is worth having if you can afford it.

The set includes all of Beckett's stage plays (so excludes radio, TV and cinema plays):
- Waiting for Godot
- Not I directed by Neil Jordan
- Rough for Theatre I and II
- Ohio Impromptu with Jeremy Irons
- Krapp's Last Tape with John Hurt
- What Where
- Footfalls
- Come and Go
- Act without Words I and II
- Happy Days
- Catastrophe with Harold Pinter and John Gielgud
- Breath directed by Damien Hurst, 45 sublime seconds
- That Time
- Endgame with Michael Gambon
- A Piece of Monologue
- Play with Juliet Stevenson, Kristin Scott-Thomas and Alan Rickman
- Rockaby
